Make It Mini

Make It Mini…pint sized portions of cuteness…right here…right now! These little cards may not be the true definition of “mini”…but there’s no denying the cute factor!

Mini Painted Blooms With EnvelopesEach one of these super simple little cards are made from Whisper White card stock and measure four inches wide and six inches long. They are scored and folded at the three inch mark, and decorated with Painted Blooms DSP, and a Blackberry Bliss Butterfly (say that three times fast). With envelopes made to match (using the Envelope Punch Board), these are the perfect sized card to add to a fresh bouquet of flowers (maybe some you picked yourself?), they have enough space to write a quick note of thanks ,or the greeting of your choice, without running out of room before you can sign your name!

Here’s how things got started…

Painted Blooms Card

The larger “normal” card (above) was made as part of a display, along with about ten or twelve “sisters”. When the original cards were done and up on the display, several strips of this pretty paper lay on the floor, headed for file 13. Turns out those strips of paper were the perfect size for all this mini cuteness!!  Can’t throw away the cuteness people!

Since the strips were already cut and the butterflies punched, it just took a little time and some adhesive to get a stack of ready made “mini” cards to use on anything from floral bouquets to gift packages…so, go ahead…Make It Mini!
