Stamp Of The Month: Ornamental Pine #1

Hello Stampers!

It’s Saturday…WOOT!!  Coffee in bed and just enjoying the day!

Check out this great card today!

Ornamental Pine #1

Ornamental Pine #1 2014This may be just the right Christmas card for the man in your life!!

Feeling a little inky with this card!  I love to use me some ink!

Today I’m trying out something new.  I’ve wanted to try this idea out for a while and then kept putting it aside, I tend to over think things (will this work, what if, too many others do get the idea).  Even though It’s not a new to the stamping world, I’m liking the idea more and more. People have many names for it, but I’m calling it “Stamp Of The Month” (because I couldn’t think of anything really edgy). You take one stamp/set and use it in multiple ways. It could be cards, tags or whatever great idea you may have. The point is to show you how to get more use out of the stamps you buy.  We all spend a lot of coin (some more than others…you know who you are) on our stamps and crafty goods so wouldn’t it be nice to get more use out of our things rather than have them sitting on a shelf clinging to life, covered in dust and waiting for you to remember you even have them? I think so!

Each month I will choose a stamp/set to highlight and there will be a card or project each week using that stamp/set. FYI: I reserve the right to include other stamps, etc in addition to the “Stamp Of The Month”, cause sometimes you might need a little sumthin’ for that finishing touch!

That’s four projects every month!

  Let the inspiration begin!
